Identifying Learning Opportunities

Below are some positive statements about Learning and Skills Development – and the role that Digital plays. It looks a little long but you can move quickly through it. Please score each with a number from 0 to 4 to indicate how much each is TRUE for YOUR ORGANISATION.

  • If you have made great progress and you feel you are there, score it with a 4.
  • If you are making good progress but you feel you are not quite there yet, score it with a 3.
  • If you have made some progress but you feel you have a way to go, score it with a 2.
  • If it’s of interest but you have yet to make a start, or it’s moving but still early days, score it with a 1.
  • And if it’s not relevant at all, score it with a zero.

This will provide an insight into learning opportunities that could further enhance your ability to grow as outlined in Part 1.
