The sessions (2 parts) will give an overview of the underpinning processes of recruitment & selection, learning & development, performance management and reward.

Plus, an overview of the legislative responsibilities of managing staff or the workforce.

Evaluating the business benefits of an ethical working environment from all perspectives of those involved.

Who is the course for?

Business owners and managers alike need to have good underpinning awareness of their roles and responsibilities and would like the chance to discuss what this feels like in practice.

FREE to Milton Keynes businesses – Every workshop is 2 sessions x 3 hours long and you must attend both sessions to complete a minimum of 6 hours training.
