This week the brand new Milton Keynes Business Centre was officially opened at MK College.
Local businesses and SkillsHub:MK partners were invited to this stunning opening event at the Chaffron Centre where guests were welcomed by partner speakers’ in the main atrium, before being guided through to the centre itself following a ribbon-cutting by local businesswoman and multi-award-winner, Shalom Lloyd (photographed below).
Business representatives were then invited to help themselves to a fantastic afternoon tea, put together by MK College and ‘network’ in the main conference room.
Upstairs in the modern new centre was a selection of new technologies which people were able to try out and experience for themselves, including interactive VR apps and state-of-the-art AI headsets developed by Microsoft Software and being developed and implemented by MKAI.
Also located upstairs are private meeting rooms and a kitchen full-stocked with tea and coffee refreshments. All of these facilities are available to Milton Keynes Businesses, whether you need a quiet space to host a client meeting, conduct interviews for new talent coming through the ranks at MK College and MK:U or a large, professional space to host an event – the Chaffron Centre can cater for it all !
The SkillsHub:MK FREE training programmes have been running for some months both online and in-person, and these will continue to be held at the Chaffron Centre going forward – with lots of NEW FREE training workshops now confirmed in the coming months!
